Rey Del Mundo

Brand created in 1848 by Emilio Ohmstedt, a German merchant who also founded Sancho Panza. In 1882, it passed into the hands of Ramon Allones' brother, Antonio. It aims for a very high-end strategy, hence the label "the king of the world". The brand will indeed experience a meteoric rise. After passing into American hands in 1918, it later joined the Habanos group.
