Ramon Allones

Two brothers of Galician origin, Ramon and Antonio Allones, launched this label in 1846, which was the first to decorate its boxes with vistas (in this case representation of the arms of the house of Spain). Production started in a small factory in Havana, La Eminencia. Ramon Allones was a true innovator who raised Havana to the level of luxury products. Ramon Allones owned a superb finca in Vuelta Abajo, El Corojo located in the village of San Luis. The firm passed into the hands of the British company Hunters in 1911, then was sold to Partagas in 1932 (Cifuentes family). For many years the brand was only available in the UK. The range of the brand is limited, to our regret, to 3 modules which are excellent. Ramon Allones are cigars with a rather full-bodied taste.
